Our Story
Most water purifier companies launch with a prototype and a promise. We launched with 17 years of fixing other companies' mistakes.
In 2007, our team began distributing leading international water purifier brands across the UK. We installed them, maintained them, and answered the phone when something went wrong. Over 10,000 customers later, we knew every flaw in every system on the market — the filters that clogged too fast, the units that leaked after six months, the “easy installation” that required a plumber.
By 2022, we'd had enough of selling products we couldn't fully stand behind. So we built our own. Our first model, Misty, proved we could manufacture a purifier that solved the real problems we'd spent years documenting. But we weren't done listening.
Every piece of customer feedback, every support call, every “I wish it could...” went straight into development. In 2026, that process produced Pluvia — a countertop reverse osmosis purifier with NSF and WQA certification, built by a team that has heard every complaint in the industry and designed against every single one. This isn't our first product. It's the product 17 years of experience demanded.
