Cut off the water supply or close the feed water supply valve, simply cut all water going into the machine. Then simply contact us to schedule an urgent visit from one of our experienced engineers. Do not try to open your water supply until you get a visit from one of our engineer.
If you believe that your Monso Water Purifier doesn't taste well, Fully dispose the water inside the machine. Wait for 2 hours and taste the water again. If you still think that taste problem is ongoing, contact our customer service to book an appointment.
Please check if feed water supply cut off or the feed water supply valve closed. If you don't see any problem with both and they are open, contact our customer service to book an appointment.
Firstly, please check if cold water indicator (blue light) is on. If you don't see the cold water light then simply press and hold the "cold water" button for 3 seconds. You will hear a beep and blue light will show up. After this action please allow device 1 hour to cool the water. If you still can't get cold water when your cold water indicator is on, simply contact our customer service to book an appointment.
Firstly, please check if hot water indicator (red light) is on. If you don't see the hot water light then simply press and hold the "hot water" button for 3 seconds. You will hear a beep and red light will show up. After this action please allow device 1 hour to heat the water. If you still can't get hot water when your hot water indicator is on, simply contact our customer service to book an appointment.
Press the hot water lock button for 1 second. Hot water lock indicator will be on. In hot water lock mode, hot water will not be dispensed. However, if you press the dispense button, cold or ambient water will be dispensed which you chose to setbefore hot water lock mode.
Press the cold water mode button and hot water lock button together for 1 second to set power-save mode. Both the cold water temperature indicator and cold water mode indicator will blink. Then press cold water mode button to activate/deactivate the power-save mode. The power-save mode will be on or off when you press the cold water mode button. Power-save mode indicator will be on/off due to the setting. - Power-save indicator will be on at first use as power-save mode is on as default setting.
Press the hot water lock button and ambient water mode button together for 3 seconds, then cold water temperature indicator blinks with ‘ding’ sound. Press ambient water mode button to set preset quantity (about 120 ml → about 200 ml → about 300 ml → about 120ml). After preset quantity setting, press ambient water mode button and hot water lock button for 3 seconds to save setting(if no other button is pressed over 10 seconds, the setting will be saved as well). The hot and cold water temperature indicator lights on as per chosen preset quantity. Press the dispense button to dispense hot/cold/ambient water.
Set the desired water mode. Press the dispense button for 2 seconds. The water will be dispensed continuously. - Press the dispense button to stop continuous dispensing.
Press the ambient water mode button for 7 seconds to activate/deactivate press and hold dispensing. With ‘Ding~’ sound, the mode is activated/deactivated. In this mode, hot/cold/ambient water will be dispensed regardless of amount as long as you press the dispense button. If you stop pressing the dispense button, water dispensing stops.
Press the hot water lock button for 5 seconds. Then the silent mode is activated with beep sound. Press the hot water button for 5 seconds again to deactivate it. - Hot water lock mode is activated when you press the hot water lock button for 1 second. Continue pressing the button for 5 seconds to activate silent mode.
