What is the Difference between Carbon Block Water Purifiers (%90 of Water Purifiers in the market) and Monso RO (Reverse Osmosis) Water Purifiers

The easiest solution to this problem is to use a filtration system to remove all the toxic substances.

Using a high- quality water filtration system can effectively filter water- borne bacteria, viruses, microorganisms, heavy metals and even Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), making the water clean and safe for consumption.

How does Monso Water Purifier System compare to filter jugs?

Like a Monso Water System, most filter jugs remove substances like chlorine from tap water. Chlorine is added to water to prevent bacteria from breeding in the water. However, once the chlorine has been removed, bacteria can easily breed again. That’s why our Water Systems have an antibacterial (some models have UV lamp), to render these pesky little microorganisms inactive and prevent them from multiplying once the chlorine has been removed from the water. In fact, our Water Systems kill 99.99999% of potentially unhealthy waterborne bacteria. Our Water System removes the need for you to constantly refill a jug and wait for it to chill. As well as freeing loads of fridge space, you’ll also no longer need an old-fashioned kettle.

What chemicals are trapped in our filters?

There are many chemicals and harmful ingredients inside your tap water, our job is to trap them in the filters of Monso Water Purifiers.

-Rust, dust, silt, and sediment that may be present in water pipes
-At water treatment facilities, chlorine is added.
-Bacteria that could emerge after chlorine removed-natural organic stuff from plant and animal remnants and garbage.
-Agricultural runoff herbicides and pesticides volatile organic compounds-Microplastics with a diameter of over 0.6 microns that may be found in your drinking water (It is impossible to see with human eye!). Consuming plastic particles can lead some types of cancer.

Monso Water Purifier removes all the chemicals and harmful ingredients that are mentioned above. Unlike the myth, it is not just chlorine that is inside of your tap water!

Does Monso Water Purifier change the PH of water?

The Water System does not add any ingredient to the water; it just filters out the harmful contaminants while retaining beneficial minerals like calcium, potassium, and magnesium. The PH of the water remains unchanged since nothing is added.

What certifications does Monso Water Purifier have?

NSF (National Sanitation Foundation)
When you purchase NSF certified foodservice products, it means: The manufacturer of foodservice products uses only FDA approved raw materials. Products passed numerous NSF testing for material safety, design, construction, and product performance. A guarantee that harmful chemicals won’t seep into and contaminate the water of customers.
WQA (Water Quality Association)
When you purchase NSF certified foodservice products, it means: The purifier has a gold seal certificate, reassuring the fact that it is manufactured using the safest materials. The seal also confirms that the listed claims are backed by test data and are present in the product documents. Be assured of the chemical performance of the purifier, i.e., the measurement of its contaminant reduction capabilities. Be assured of the product’s structural integrity, i.e., ten years of general household use.

What is the water temperature?

The Monso Water Purifier has 3 temperature selection on desired models. For best personal taste, we recommend mixing them up in the glass for the personal best taste point!

Hot Water: 80 – 90°C
Cold Water: 5 – 10°C
Ambient Water: (It is same tempeature with your tap water. This water gets purified without any temperature process)

How many people can one Monso Water Purifier System serve?

It is very dependant on the model you choose. If you are unsure about the model, contact us to get help from our experienced team.

Energy use

Can I turn off the Monso Water Purifier if I am not using it?

No. We do not recommend turning the unit off for quality and efficiency reasons. Monso Water Purifiers are smart devices that goes into eco-mode (power saving) after a certain time if you don’t use it so you don’t have to worry about your energy savings. However, if you are going to stay away from home more than 24 hours, it is recommended to turn off the device and shut down the water valve of the Monso Water Purifier as a precautionary action.

How much power does the Monso Water Purifier use?

It is based on the frequency of usage. That is why we can’t provide an exact number but surely we can say that it uses less power than a kettle!

Installation

I don't own home. Can I still install a Monso water purifier?

We can perform an installation of Monso water purifiers in every home. However, it is highly recommended to obtain the permission of the homeowner before installation.

What should I ask my homeowner?

Our engineer may need to make a small hole (about 6 millimeters) in your worktop to access the water supply. If you do not own a house, you must report to the owner of the house. If you need more information about what to ask/tell your landlord, please contact our experienced team who can give you advice and information

Where can I learn about how to use the features Monso Water Purifier?

Once you have done the plumbing, our engineer will give you a complete tutorial on how to use your new water system. If you forget or struggle with a feature you can always contact our experienced team to get more information and help. You can also check out our How to videos section to get more help about the features.

When do you usually install after I place the order?

We will aim to install you as soon as possible. Once we get confirmation of your order, our installation team will contact you about scheduling an installation. Once we scheduled the installation, we will be there to install. We only schedule our installations in work hours of our office which is Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. (We are working hard to provide service on Saturday as well for busy customers. Once we call you for schedule the installation, we will try our best to fit it to your schedule.)

Can I place an order now and schedule the installation at a later date? (for moving house or renovating my kitchen)

Absolutely. You can place the order and when our installation team contacts you, inform them about your situation and we will freeze your account. Once you contact us for installation, we will install the Monso Water Purifier and make your account active again. Alternatively, please beware that re-installations for renovations and if you are moving, it is completely free! (fair usage applies)

Can you still install to my kitchen if my countertop is granite or quartz?

Absolutely. Our expert engineers are well trained to install the Monso Water Purifier systems through granite, marble, Corian, and many more materials. They still haven’t tried installing it through vibranium , we are still waiting for a sample from Captain America ☺.

Can you install still install a Monso Water Purifier if I have a water softener at my home?

Yes, we can. Monso Water purifiers doesn’t affect the use of water softeners if it is installed properly.

What if I decide to move a new house?

When your new house is ready to perform an installation, just contact us and we will schedule a re-installation. re-installations are free in Smart Service package (fair usage applies).

What should I do if I'm not happy after the first 30 days?

We’d love to know why, and we’d be happy to assist in resolving any concerns. Our customer care staff is available and responds to calls in working hours. If they are unable to assist you in resolving your problem, they would gladly arrange for pick-up and a refund.

When can you arrange a collection for the Monso Water Purifier?

We usually attempt to collect 5-to-10 days after you contact us. Our staff will work with you to find a time that is convenient for you (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

The evening before collection, we’ll call you to schedule a 2-hour time frame.

If you decide to cancel, you must do so within 30 days after the installation date. It’s possible that collection may take longer than 30 days, but this will have no effect on your refund.

How do you remove the Monso Water Purifier System from my kitchen?

The flexible hose that is linked to your mains water supply will be carefully removed by our specially trained expert. If a hole has been drilled through the countertop, we will fill this with a color-matched hole plugs.

What happens if there is a damage on the Monso Water Purifier System?

You may be responsible for the cost of repairs if your Water System is broken beyond normal wear and tear before we can refund your money. We may not be able to issue a refund in the rare circumstance that serious damage has occurred.

How long does it take to get my refund?

As soon as we receive your Monso Water Purifier, it is subjected to a brief damage inspection, which takes around 2-3 days.

We will provide your refund as soon as this is completed.

Just keep in mind that the money may take up to 5 working days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
